We understand that there are some maintenance that homeowners may want to provide to their own home.  For our past customers, we will be happy to order stain, caulk, chinking, etc, for touchups and maintenance, or additions, etc, that you as the homeowner may want to do yourself.  As a service to these folks, we will order the items you wish for your home at our contractor pricing, which is usually about 30 percent less than you would be able to order it!  We believe in getting the homeowner involved with the maintenance of their home, if they so desire. And even if they do not want to be hands on, we want you to understand everything you can and be as knowledgeable as possible about your home and its essential maintenance issues.  That is why we will always take the time to teach you and show you what you should know!
